Today we will be discussing something I’m sure we’ve all heard before, the term citizen's arrest. What is a citizen's arrest? Why would it need to be labeled different from when police officers make an arrest? Does this not imply police officers are not citizens, that they retain some kind of authority over other free citizens? When one starts to consider the idea of a citizen's arrest one can quickly see how it lacks any logic, moral, or right.
Every state has one form of citizen's arrest or another, but one thing they all have in common is that one MUST turn over the citizen’s arrested individual to the nearest police station or police officer as soon as possible. But this begs the questions should I see a police officer violating the rights of the innocent and I place them under arrest for it why would I then turn said officer over to people who have proven they will protect him from being held accountable for his actions? Why would I release this criminal to courts that have proven they will protect him from justice? Why should we not form new courts that serve justice unbiasedly?
“Surely most corrupt officers are held accountable for violating the rights of innocent people in the current system, surely you are making false claims as police officers are punished by the current courts.” I hear you protest. Yes it is true that some police officers have been held accountable for the gross violation of the rights of the innocent. Ignoring the fact that these criminals police officers are often given light sentences for their transgressions being sent to minimum security prisons we can recognize that all police officers on a daily basis violate the rights of the innocent and are paid to do so.
The current tyrannically oppressive regime we call a government pays men with guns to compel innocent people into obeying laws, laws that they did not consent to be legislated, that are designed to reduce us into absolute despotism. On a daily basis all police officers are paid to violate our rights to life, liberty and happiness pursuit. We must not stand idly by watching while our police officers are paid by our taxes to violate our rights, we must refuse to pay taxes while arresting those who are responsible for the violation of the rights of the innocent. Including but not limited to, loyalists, politicians, active military, and police. Perhaps giving them one opportunity to see the error of their ways, to seeking forgiveness sincerely, and to join the righteous side.
Our right to life is being violated as the only way to make a living, for the proletariat class in America, is to have our labor exploited by the capitalist class. Receiving literally nothing in exchange for our labors as USD is a fiat currency backed by mass delusion. Our right to liberty is being violated as we are not free to behave as we please, should I desire to own a fully automatic armalite rifle or to produce certain recreational substances, without first paying for fees and licenses to do so, or try to travel without displaying evidence (license plates) that I’ve paid to do so, men with guns will show up to put me in a cage at best. Or should I refuse to go quietly, as actions speak louder than words, knowing I’ve done nothing wrong by exercising my right to liberty my life will be taken from me by said men with guns paid by the current governments. The very men we are taught protect us and our right come to take our life if we refuse to be arrested for doing nothing wrong.
Our right to happiness pursuit is being violated as we may not behave in ways that are to our best interests. Imagine if we began to get organized, peaceably assemble, and revoked our consent to be governed by this corrupt tyrannically oppressive regime declaring ourselves independent as to form new governments that have our best interests at heart? The government has proven it will do everything in its power to prevent the innocent from doing so, just look at the civil war.
Free innocent Americans desired to separate themselves from the union with the intention of forming their own governments and regrettably the north succeeded in compelling the south to stay in the union. History has proven the current government’s will not allow innocent free men to exercise their rights and they will use our taxes to fund men with guns compelling the innocent into obedience. Together we are strong!
