In Texas, is it an invasion or a violation of human rights?

Witness in Texas, men, women, and children entrapped in despotism by laws they never agreed to, desperately striving to assert their right to travel. Where else should these individuals seek independence and opportunity than in the home of the brave and the land of the free?

"That to secure these rights, governments are instituted among men, deriving their just powers from the consent of the governed, that whenever any form of government becomes destructive of these ends, it is the right of the people to alter or to abolish it, and to institute new government, laying its foundation on such principles, and organizing its powers in such form, as to them shall seem most likely to effect their safety and happiness...But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same object, evinces a design to reduce them under absolute despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such government, and to provide new guards for their future security." The Declaration of Independence of 1776

When a government forcibly detains an innocent traveler to transport them against their will, it's not just a matter of borders – it's kidnapping and human trafficking. Our right to travel doesn't require permission from any government. Therefore, deportation becomes a direct infringement on the God-given right of innocents to travel. Isn't it disconcerting that our own governments are violating the rights of innocent people?

Constructing walled cities may be permissible, but not at the expense of illegalizing the means to life. While men can build walled cities and regulate who enters, they cannot compel people to remain within those walls by outlawing the necessities of life. Nor can they obstruct others from building their own communities using their fair share of the planet's natural resources. We have the power to extend help to those in need, refusing to stand idly by in the face of oppression. Together, our strength knows no bounds.
