Our freedom of speech is not absolute. One may be held accountable should they be responsible for the advocation of certain topics. Including but not limited to:
The incitement of imminent lawless action.
To make or distribute obscene materials.
Solicitations to commit crimes.
True threats.
As pro-choice propagandists are inciting others to imminent lawless action by encouraging, condoning, and perpetuating the philosophy that the act of abortion is a woman’s right and therefore not the commission of a murder, as pro-choice propagandists are making and distributing obscene materials via social media by misrepresenting science and reality, as pro-choice propagandists are soliciting the commission of crime by constructing facilities dedicated to the spread and practice of abortion, and as pro-choice propagandists are truly threatening the following generations lives by attempting to desensitize, normalize, and legalize the act of murder within our communities they are not protected by the first amendment and should therefore be held accountable for willfully spreading such harmful ideals.
Nothing regarding a pro-choice philosophy is protected speech under the first amendment. This gross misuse of the right to freedom of speech must be put to an end for it serves only to cause harm and loss to the innocent.
We must not allow the advocation for the violation of anyone’s rights, opting for the protection of the innocent. By allowing these people to preach ideologies that will cause harm and loss when acted upon to innocents we are failing to protect them. We must do everything in our power to stop these people from spreading their propaganda and misinformation lest the following generations become confused.
